The Bell 206 Long Ranger

Bell 206 L - Long Ranger

The Long Ranger can be distinguished from the Jet Ranger by the extra vertical window between the front and rear doors, the large single exhaust stack, and the vertical fins on the horizontal stabilizer. It can be distinguished from the 407 by the tall mast, and the fact that it is a 2-blade rotor system, and also note that the single exhaust stack exits more vertical than the 407. Note that the vertical fins on the horizontal stabilizer only extend upwards where on the 407, they extend downwards as well.
